The learned A.P.P. submitted that in the intervening period the investigating officer has already filed the final report before the learned Sessions Court. In view of the filing of the final report before the competent Court of Law I see no reason to interfere with the discretion exercised by the learned Additional Sessions Judge,Akola in the year 2016.

Application stands rejected.
