By present application, the applicant-wife is seeking condonation of delay of 130 days in filing the Revision against the judgment and order dated 18.11.2022 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Yavatmal in Cri.Misc. Appln.No.11/2021.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the delay has been caused because the applicant is a poor lady and could not arrange the funds to engage an Advocate. Ultimately, she approached the Legal Services Sub-Commitee, Nagpur and Mrs. A.P. Murrey, Advocate came to be appointed to represent her.

In view of the above and for the reasons set out in the Application, the Application is allowed as prayed for. The delay in filing the Revision is hereby condoned. The Revision be registered. CRI.
