In this application for condonation of delay, notice was issued by this Court, in response to which submission has been filed on behalf of respondent no.3. It is pointed out that with passage of time, the name of the department is changed and now the respondent no.3 is known to be "District Water Conservation OfÏcer, Nagpur". In the submission, the latest and correct description and address of respondent no.3 is given. 2.

Having heard the learned counsel for the applicants and upon perusal of the application for condonation of delay, it is found that sufÏcient ground for condonation of delay is made out. Hence, the application is allowed and the delay is condoned. First Appeal No. _______/2019.

In view of the details of respondent no.3 given in the submissions placed on record, the learned counsel for the appellants is directed to amend the description
