Taking into consideration the serious nature of the allegations, we had suggested the learned A.G.P. to take instructions from the Competent Authority as to whether it was possible to conduct an enquiry into the affairs of the respondent no.4 by a superior officer.

Mr. M.K. Pathan, learned A.G.P. for respondent nos. 1 to 3, states that he has taken instructions from the Divisional Joint Registrar (Audit), Nagpur and he is willing to conduct an enquiry into the affairs of the respondent no.4. In that view of the matter, we find that the petition can be disposed of with a direction to the Divisional Joint Registrar (Audit), Nagpur to conduct an enquiry into the affairs of the respondent no.4 and submit his report to the Competent Authority for further action if he finds any irregularities in the

affairs of respondent no.4. The same shall be done within a period of three months from today.
