Heard Shri J.R. Kidilay, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri A.R. Patil, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 and Shri N.S. Rao, learned AGP for respondent No. 3. 2.

Seen report dated 18.09.2017 submitted by the Co-ordinator Mediation Centre, High Court, Nagpur, along with agreement arrived at between the parties. The agreement is dated 18.09.2017 and it is signed by all the petitioners along with their counsel and by respondent No.2.

Shri Patil, learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 1 - Chief Officer, states that the Municipal Council was a formal party.

The agreement is also signed by Shri S.V. Purohit, Advocate, in his capacity as a Mediator. 5.

In view of the report and the agreement, we make rule absolute in terms of said agreement and dispose of the present writ petition. No costs.
