On oral request, permission is granted to bring on record the son of the applicant Mr. Anukul s/o Arun Kochar.

The amendment be carried out forthwith.

Both the learned Counsel agree that in view of the amicable settlement between the parties, which is recorded vide agreement dated 10-12-2021, the revision be disposed of.

The terms of settlement which are recorded before the learned Mediator, are marked as Exhibit "A" for identification.

The amount which may have been deposited by the original applicant Mr. Arun Kochar either before the appellate Court or this Court, may be withdrawn by the non-applicant/complainant.

The revision is disposed of accordingly.
