The present application is filed for condonation of delay. There is delay of 231 days.

The reason for delay is appeared to be Covid-19 Pandemic. In view of the directions issued by Hon'ble Apex Court in Suo Motu Writ Petition (Civil) No. 3/2020, period of limitation in all proceedings was extended. Apart from this, the applicant/appellants were having financial difficulties. In view thereof, it appears that there is no intentional or deliberate delay.

The learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1 and 4 though opposed the application, I am inclined to allow the application for the reason stated in the application. Accordingly, the application is allowed.
