By this application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay in filing the application for restoration of registration of the second appeal. The Register has refused to register the second appeal since the office objections were not removed.

Upon applicant's removing of the office objections within a period of six weeks from today, the delay shall be condoned and order passed by the Registrar refusing registration of the second appeal shall be set aside.

The civil application and misc. civil applications are disposed of accordingly.
