Heard Shri A.A. Naik, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri A.S. Fulzele, learned Additional GP for respondent Nos. 1 & 2.

In view of Government Resolution dated 29.07.2016, Shri Naik, learned counsel submits that as the State Government has accepted increased intake capacity and notified it, the grievance in the petition does not survive.

This Court on 27.07.2016, by interim orders, permitted the petitioner to admit students against the increased seats.

In this situation, in view of the Government Resolution, we make rule absolute in terms of interim orders dated 27.07.2016. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
