By this application the said respondents are seeking permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant insurance company in this Court. 2.

Considering the nature of the impugned judgment and order and the grounds of challenge raised in the appeal, it would be in the interest of justice that the said respondents are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation deposited in this Court.

Accordingly, the application is partly allowed and respondent Nos.1 and 3 to 5 are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation deposited in this Court on furnishing usual undertaking. 4.
