By this application, petitioner is seeking leave to amend the petition to incorporate subsequent events occurred during the pendency of the petition. 2.

Since the petition is yet to be admitted, the amendment is allowed.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i). Insofar as the prayer in relation to clause (ii) is concerned, the same will be considered after the amendment is carried out by the petitioner.
