Learned counsel Shri Agrawal for the petitioner and Ms. Khan, learned A.G.P. for and Shri Deshmukh, learned counsel for respondent No. 3. The non-compliance of order dated 22/10/2019 in Writ Petition No. 2582/2017 is complained of in this contempt petition.

In the aforesaid writ petition, the petitioner had challenged her non-absorption in service. The petitioner was working as a Lecturer on contract basis in the college of the respondent No. 4 i.e. Nagar Parishad Polytechnic College, Achalpur and had prayed for absorption of her services.

912cp23.21.odt It was the grievance of the petitioner that she should be granted relief and the same treatment of absorption as per the Government Resolution dated 18/11/2017.

This Court vide order dated 22/10/2019 allowed the petition and held the petitioner entitled to all such reliefs as were made available to the Lecturers absorbed in the Government Polytechnic College, Achalpur with effect from 18/11/2017, except the arrears of salary from that date till the date of absorption. Today the learned A.G.P. placed on record reply and G.R. dated 23/02/2019 which is taken on record and marked as Document-A. It is submitted that as per this G.R. the petitioner along with other seven candidates have been absorbed on the post of Lecturer from 18/11/2017 in compliance with the aforesaid order. In this view of the matter, as the order passed in the writ petition has been complied with, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
