This is an application preferred by the claimant-respondent no.1, for withdrawal of the decretal amount of Rs.2,59,465/-.

Subject to condition of usual undertaking being given by the claimant, application is allowed. He is permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited in the court with interest accrued thereon.

Appellant to file private paper book within six months from the date of this order.

On failure to do so, appellant to deposit the costs of Rs.500/- with High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur.
