After hearing both the parties at length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition, if the revision application of the petitioner pending before the Hon'ble Minister, Cooperation, Marketing and Textile is expedited. The revision is filed on 22nd February, 2017 and is anyway ripe for hearing. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of by directing the Hon'ble Minister to dispose of the revision application within a period of four weeks of communication of this order.

All parties including the Hon'ble Minister to act on a copy of this order duly authenticated by the Sheristedar of the Court.

Authenticated order may be produced by the petitioner before the Hon'ble Minister on 14th September, 2017 at 11.00 a.m..

All parties may remain present on 25th September, 2017 before the Hon'ble Minister.
