The learned advocates for both the parties submit that the parties have amicably settled the matter. They have also tendered the Terms of Settlement before the Court, duly singed by both the parties and their respective advocates. The Terms of Settlement are taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

In view of Clauses 2(i) to 2(vii) of the said Terms of Settlement, the writ petition stands disposed of. As far as term No.2(vi) is concerned, the parties agree that an account in the name of the minor son will be opened by the respondent in a nationalized bank and the details of the account will be given to the petitioner and the petitioner will deposit the amount as agreed every month by 10th day of the month. The respondent shall not withdraw the amount deposited in the account of the minor son without leave of the learned District Judge. If the petitioner fails to

2 wp4348.14 deposit the amount in any particular month he shall not be entitled for the visitation right in that month. As per term No.2(v) the Misc. Civil Application No. 499 of 2013 pending before the learned District Judge, Nagpur is disposed of.

The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
