Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

Perused the F.I.R. and case-diary.

Having regard to the allegations made against the applicants and also the fact that the complainant was never required to be hospitalized and that no X-Ray report showing sustaining of any fracture by the complainant is available on record, I am of the view that the custodial interrogation of these applicants would not be required. The applicants have roots in the society and, therefore, they are not likely to evade the course of justice. I am, therefore, inclined to grant this application. Hence, the order : The application is allowed and the interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicant by this Court on 27th July, 2016 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions. The application is disposed of as such.
