DATE : 24.07.2024 By this application, the appellant is seeking condonation of delay which is of 93 days on the ground that the applicant came from a poor family and there was nobody to look after towards his defence and therefore, he could not engage the counsel to file an appropriate application for grant bail under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Learned APP strongly opposed the said application on the ground that there is no just and reasonable cause for condonation of delay.

Considering the reason mentioned in the application, the delay of 93 days is condoned. 4.

The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.

After Corrected as per Hon'ble Court's order dated 29.07.2024 registration of the said application, notice be issued to the respondent No.2.
