Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of provisions of Rule 14 of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad District Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1964, in our opinion the petitioners have an alternate remedy by approaching the Divisional Commissioner against the order impugned.

That being so, we dispose of the petition. We permit the petitioners to approach before the Divisional Commissioner with copy of this petition, which can be treated as an appeal. 4.
We request the Divisional Commissioner to decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order. 5.
Needless to clarify that we haven'
t examined the issue of limitation.
