DATE : JANUARY 12 , 2018.
By this contempt petition, the petitioner has sought action against the respondents for willful disobedience of the directions in the order dated 27.10.2014.
The contempt petition was filed as according to the petitioner, the respondents had not decided the proposal of the petitioner for promotion in accordance with law though this Court had directed them to decide the same within a period of twelve weeks.
It is stated on behalf of the respondents that there was some delay in deciding the proposal of the petitioner but the same was not deliberate and intentional. It is submitted that the proposal of the petitioner is decided in terms of the order dated 11.09.2017 in Writ Petition No.1375 of 2017.
Since we find that the order of which the contempt is alleged stands complied with, the contempt petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
