This application is filed by the claimants for withdrawal of amount deposited by the appellant before this Court. 2.
Learned counsel for the other side have no objections if the claimants are permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited before this Court by the appellant.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties; gone through the contents of the application, and perused the impugned judgment passed by the Court below, I am of the view that the amount deposited in this Court can be allowed to be withdrawn by the claimants. 4.
For the reasons mentioned therein, the application stands allowed.

Upon the claimants furnishing an usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (J) of this Court, they shall be permitted to .....2/-
caf2166.18 3 withdraw 50% of the deposited amount and remaining 50% of the deposited amount shall be permitted to be withdrawn by the claimants on their furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (J) of this Court.

The civil application stands disposed of accordingly. 7.
The first appeal be placed before the Lok Adalat. JUDGE !! BRW !!
