This application has been filed by the applicant - Leeladhar Keshwvrao Ghatwai praying that he be shown as a trustee representing the petitioner Trust. In the application, it is stated that the name of the applicant is reflected in the Schedule-I of the Public Trust Register. The earlier Secretary has expired.

In view thereof by accepting the statements made in the application, the same is allowed. The applicant is permitted to be shown as trustee representing the interests of the Trust. This is without prejudice to the contentions of the parties opposing the change in question. The amendment be carried out within one week. Civil Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. WRIT PETITION NO.6399/2016 Affidavit has been filed on behalf of one Chandrashekhar Lemdeoji Titarmare in which it is stated that in view of the order dated 27.02.2019, the original trustee representing the Trust as well as another trustee Leeladhar Ghatwai were directed to pay arrears from their

CAW1856.19 2/2 personal properties. It is further stated that the applicant is representing interests of the Trust and hence he be permitted to be impleaded as respondent no.4 in the writ petition.

Accordingly such impleadment is permitted. The amendment be carried out within one week.
