The only plea is to expedite the proceedings, in view of the observation raised in Criminal Writ Petition No.113 of 2022, decided on 26.04.2022. A direction for expeditious decision, on Execution Application No.EA/17/3, has already been issued, which serves the purpose, we do not see any reason to interfere in the petition, the petition is therefore dismissed. No order as to costs.
