This petition cannot be entertained for the simple reason that according to the petitioner the authorities orally informed him to close his card club/card room, whereas in reply the respondents-authorities have denied any such oral direction.

The petitioner further states that if he opens the card club/card room, the police authorities come and they force the petitioner to close such card club. All these allegations have been denied by the respondents-authorities. 4.

While replying the arguments advanced by learned AGP, it is the argument of the petitioner that the representation of the petitioner shows that the authorities repeatedly asked him to close down his business.

In the above referred backdrop, since there is no material to show that any order was issued by the respondents-authorities to close down the business by the petitioner and further in view of the fact that the respondents are denying issuing of any such oral order, the disputed questions of law are involved which cannot be enter into. 6.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
