On 23.07.2019, this Court ordered notice and on 28.03.2025, the Counsel for the petitioner stated that the papers are withdrawn by the client and as such, we have posted the matter for dismissal.

The challenge is to the order dated 11.03.1993 granting appointment on the post of Sweeper pursuant to the Government Resolution dated 11.03.2016 and the Circular dated 23.09.2025.

Having regard to the claim and as none represented the petitioner, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
