Heard Shri S.D. Khati, learned Counsel for the petitioner. There is no appearance for respondent no.1. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 have filed replyaffidavit, but, nobody is present for them. Caste claim of petitioner as belonging to "Koli-Mahadeo, Scheduled Tribe" is still not adjudicated. Learned counsel submits that petitioner

has been treated as open category candidate, and as such claim was never required to be submitted. Respondents are disputing this.

In this situation, as petitioner has joined employment on 18.07.1998, and this Court has protected it while issuing notice on 22.08.2013, we direct the petitioner to submit necessary documents to his employer within a period of three weeks from today. The employer shall then forward the same to respondent no.1, within further period of three weeks. The petitioner shall appear before respondent no.1 on 13.05.2015 and abide by its further instruction in the matter. Respondent no.1 shall attempt to complete the scrutiny and verification in accordance with law, within next one year.

Interim orders protecting employment of petitioner shall continue till then and shall be subject to the orders passed by the respondent no.1.

Request of petitioner for protection in employment, shall be examined thereafter, if occasion therefor arise.

Writ Petition is, thus, partly allowed and disposed of. No costs.
