Heard learned Senior Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the State. Perused the case diary. It is seen from the case diary that except helping the patient in admitting to Government Hospital at Yeotmal, prima facie, nothing more has been done by this applicant. The applicant is in jail since 06/7/2016. Obviously, his custodial interrogation now would also be not required. Therefore, the applicant now would be entitled to be released on bail. Hence, the order.:

The application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant be released on bail on his executing a P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like amount on the conditions that the applicant shall not tamper with the prosecutions witnesses and shall cooperate with the police in further investigation.
