By this application, the appellant is seeking directions to deposit the amount as per the earlier order passed by this Court.

Learned Counsel for the respondent submitted that the directions are already given for the appellant to deposit the amount of Rs.1.50 Lakh per month, however he is not regularly depositing the amount and therefore the directions be issued to him.

Perused the order passed by this Court on 12.09.2024. In view of the earlier order passed, the appellant shall deposit the amount of Rs.1.50 Lakh on or before 10th of every month. On failure of
