Heard Shri B.G. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri S.P. Deshpande, learned Additional GP for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and Shri P.B. Patil, learned counsel for respondent No. 4.

Admittedly, the petitioner was to reach age of superannuation (60 years) on 31.07.2016. The change in policy is from 12.07.2016. As such the argument of retrospective application has no relevance in present facts. Writ Petition to that extent is misconceived, hence, the same is rejected. No costs.
