CORAM

: S.B. SHUKRE, J.

DATE : 12 th AUGUST, 2016.

Heard the learned Senior Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the State. Perused the F.I.R. and the documents placed on record.

It is seen that so far as this applicant is concerned, there is no reasonable material available on record from which one can reach a prima facie conclusion about this applicant possessing knowledge as regards the previous transactions. The major part of the investigation is over. The applicant is in jail from 02/07/2016. The other co-accused has already been released on bail. The original owner has not been arraigned as accused person by the Investigating Officer. In this situation, I do not think

2/4 that any purpose would be served by keeping the applicant in jail for any longer period of time. Hence, the order.

1. The application is allowed.

2. It is directed that the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a P.R.
