By this application, the applicant is seeking the condonation of delay of 603 days in preferring the restoration application which was rejected for not removing the office objections properly by the present applicant. 2.

It is stated by the applicant that when the matter was listed before the Registrar for removal of office objections on 2.4.2019, the Clerk of the Advocate has removed the office objection, however, same was not removed to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar and, therefore, the registration of appeal was refused by order dated 16.4.2019. It is stated that immediately thereafter there was a pandemic of Covid-19 and, therefore, same was not noticed by the applicant immediately in the matter. As such the delay of 603 days is caused in filing the restoration application.

The learned counsel for the applicant made statement at bar that after restoration of appeal, he is ready to remove all office objections within a period of 10 days. 4.

For the aforesaid reasons, the application for condonation of delay and restoration of appeal stand allowed. 5.

Appellant is directed to remove office objection within a period of 10 days after restoration of appeal. 6.

Application stands disposed of.
