In appeal, it appears that due to inadvertent mistake the name is mentioned as Tambalkar instead of Tambulkar. The supporting documents are placed on record. In L.A.C. also name of the claimant appears to be corrected. Hence, leave is granted to correct the title clause in appeal memo.
