DATED : 21-07-2025 Applicants/respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 have moved this application to transfer the amount deposited in this Court to the learned Tribunal and to permit them to withdraw the said amount along with accrued interest thereon, as the application for condonation of delay was rejected. Consequently, the first appeal was disposed of.

The learned Advocate for the applicants submitted that he has served a copy of this application on the learned Advocate for the appellant through 'WhatsApp'. Despite the said fact, none appears on behalf of the appellant.

It also seems that by order dated 17-04-2024, the application for condonation of delay was rejected; so also the learned Advocate for the applicants made a statement that no appeal has been preferred by the appellant against the said order before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and, therefore, the order of this Court has attained finality. He further submitted that the appellant has only deposited 50% of the compensation
2 17-caf2506.25.odt amount in this Court as per the order dated 06-11-2023, and the balance amount of the compensation was deposited before the learned Tribunal. Accordingly, he prayed for the transfer of the amount deposited in this Court, along with accrued interest thereon, to the Tribunal, and for permission to withdraw the same. Having considered the above facts and reasons disclosed in the application, the application is allowed as prayed. 4.
The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the amount lying in this Court along with accrued interest thereon to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Yavatmal, within five weeks. 5.
Upon receipt of the said amount, the learned Chairman, M.A.C.T., Yavatmal is directed to transfer the said amount along with accrued interest thereon, and the amount, if any, lying with respect to the matter, along with accrued interest thereon, be transferred to the bank accounts of the respective applicants, as per the award, within four weeks thereafter.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
