This application is for extending time to deposit cost of Rs.25,000/- contending that by order dated 27.06.2019, on allowing Criminal Application, the applicants were directed to deposit said cost within two weeks, however, since they could not deposit the same, pray for extension of time. The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, makes a statement that he is already having demand drafts for Rs.25,000/-.

In that view of the matter, time to deposit cost is extended till 18.07.2019. Criminal Application is disposed of as allowed.
