: 11 SEPT., 2015 By the present revision application, the applicants are questioning the order passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, 25th Court (Special Curt PWDV Act), Nagpur rejecting the application below Exh.33. In my view, the learned Counsel for the respondent has rightly raised the objection in relation to the maintainability since the appeal is provided. Hence, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the present revision with liberty to file the appeal before the competent Court within a period of two weeks. If such appeal is filed within a period of two weeks, i.e. till 30/9/2015, in that event, interim order granted by this Court on 14/8/2015 shall be in operation till 12/12/2015. If such appeal is filed by the present applicant, the appellate Court shall decide the said appeal within a period of six weeks from the date of filing such appeal. With these observations, the Revision is allowed to be withdrawn.
