Earlier, this Court, (A.B. Chaudhari, J.) by order dated 2.7.2015, had rejected the application for grant of anticipatory bail.

There is no change in circumstance. The practice of filing of such successive criminal application for grant of anticipatory bail only because the Bench is change is deprecated.

In view of above, the application for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
