At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant Mr. Kadam, on instructions received, seeks leave to withdraw the application.

In view of the request for withdrawal, elaborate reasons need not be recorded. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

The trial Court is requested to frame the charge within the next 30 days, if the charge is not already framed, and to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and in any event within six months from the framing of the charge.

Learned trial Judge shall submit the compliance report to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court after framing the charge and then after the conclusion of the trial within the stipulated period.
