By these applications, it is prayed that the legal heirs of appellant no.3 be permitted to be brought on record after condoning the delay. The reasons for the cause of delay are mentioned in the application. The applications are opposed by the learned counsel for the non-applicants.

Considering fact that the husband of appellant no.3 is already arrayed as Appellant No.1, the applications are allowed by condoning the delay. Amendment be carried out within a period one week. Applications are disposed of.
