By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of the condition which was imposed while releasing the applicant on bail by directing that he shall attend the concerned police station once in a week on Sunday between 10.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. till completion of the investigation.

Now, the investigation is already completed, though the charge-sheet is yet to be filed, but his presence before the investigating officer is no more required. 3.

In view of the above, the application deserves to be allowed with further modification that the applicant shall attend the proceedings before the trial court without seeking any exemption unless there are exceptional circumstances. 4.
