By this contempt petition, the petitioner seeks action against the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 16.04.2016.

It is stated on behalf of the petitioner that though this Court had directed the respondents to grant continuity of service and release the notional increments for the period during which she was out of employment and reinstate her within a period of four weeks, the respondents have not complied with the order. Shri Joshi, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, states on instructions on the basis of the communication dated 09.08.2016, that the petitioner is reinstated in service with effect from 09.08.2016 and the other part of the order dated 16.04.2016 is also complied with. The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the statement made by the counsel for the respondents. Hence, we dispose of the contempt petition with no order as to costs.
