Date : 5 th January, 2016 The appeal was dismissed in default for non-removal of office objections on 31-3-2015. There is a delay of 125 days caused in filing an application for restoration. After going through the contents of both these applications, I am satisfied that a sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay and a case is also made out for restoration.

Hence, both these applications are allowed and disposed of.

First Appeal Stamp No.248 of 2015 is restored. The appellant to pay the costs of Rs.500/- to the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur.

All office objections be removed within a period of two
