By order dated 01.12.2022, the respondent Nos.2 and 3 - Management were permitted to move an application before the Joint Director, Higher Education, Nagpur seeking permission to fill up the post of Assistant Librarian by nomination. In terms thereof the Joint Director has on 03.01.2023 considered the said representation dated 08.12.2022 and has relied upon the policy decision dated 04.05.2020 for denying such request made by the respondent Nos.2 and 3. The said communication dated 03.01.2023 is taken on record and marked "A" for identification.

In view of the aforesaid, it would be for the petitioner to challenge the said communication if he is aggrieved by the same.

With aforesaid observations and said liberty, this writ petition is disposed of.
