Perusal of the record shows that there is no appearance on behalf of the appellant. Only on 17.11.2025, a statement is made that he has to verify whether the case papers were handed over back to the appellant-Company or not. But again thereafter on next date, no one appeared on behalf of the appellant in the matter. Hence, this matter was kept today under the caption of `dismissal'.

Today also no one is present on behalf of the appellant-Company in the matter.

In view of the above, it is clear that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the present appeal. Hence, First Appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
