In this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to take action on the representation submitted by the petitioner and to permit the petitioner to apply for re-evaluation and re-examination beyond the last date. 3.

Facts giving rise to filing of this petition briefly stated are that the petitioner is a student of respondent No.2- Dr. Ambedkar College, Deeksabhoomi. The respondent No.1 issued timetable for 10th Semester Examination of BA (LLB) course. According to the petitioner, he appeared in the examination of subject of Interpretation of Statutes on 02nd of May, 2025, wherein, his attendance was duly marked and the attendance sheet was signed by the nd.thawre

1wp3347-2025 Invigilator. However, in the marksheet, the petitioner was shown to be absent. Thereupon, the petitioner submitted the representation, which failed to evoke any response. Hence, this petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had appeared in the aforesaid examination and therefore, his marksheet deserves to be corrected suitably.

The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the corrective measures have already been initiated and a fresh marksheet has already been sent to the College of which the petitioner is a student.

In view of above submissions, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and no issue survives for consideration.

Needless to state that the petitioner shall be at liberty to submit an application for revaluation or re-totaling, if so advised. Thereupon, the same shall be considered by respondent No.1.
