DATED : 24 APRIL, 2015 Prayer is to condone delay of 69 days and to revise order dated 09/5/2014, dismissing the writ petition against respondents No. 2, 3 and 5.

Learned A.G.P. Ms T. Khan appears for respondent No.1 and learned Advocate Shri Mohokar appears for other respondents.

The other respondents though served, have not filed any reply.

As the petition continues against respondent No.1 and prayer is to release payment for work done, we condone the delay and also allow prayer in M.C.A. Accordingly, order dated 09/5/2014 is recalled and the writ petition is restored against respondents No.2, 3 and 5.

Advocate Shri Mohokar waives notice for the said respondents in writ petition.

It is open to respondents to file their reply, if any, within six weeks.
