This is an application for condonation of delay of 2460 days caused in filing this appeal under Section 57 of the Land Acquisition Act.

Though the learned counsel for the respondents are opposing to allow the application, however, as the reasons stated in the application are found satisfactory showing sufficient cause for condoning the delay, the application is allowed.

The delay caused in filling the appeal is hereby condoned subject to condition that the claimant/appellant herein shall not be entitled to interest payable on enhanced compensation and statutory benefits, if any granted, for the delayed period. Appeal be registered. The Civil Application is disposed of.
