Heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties.

The civil application filed by respondent No.2 is taken on record. It's copy is already furnished to the learned Counsel for the petitioner and also to the learned A.G.P. for the State.

A statement has been made in the civil application that there is no order of stay passed by the Hon'ble Minister. The learned A.G.P., upon instructions, states that as per the oral communication received by

wp.st.14409.18 2/2 him, the Hon'ble Minister has not passed any order of stay in the matter or in any other matter.

If such is the case, this petition would lie before the Division Bench of this Court. Meanwhile, the interim relief granted by this Court on 03/07/2018 is vacated.

At this stage, the learned A.G.P., upon instructions, makes a statement that respondent Nos.3 & 5 shall not hold a meeting for considering the motion of no confidence scheduled to be held today at 01:00 p.m. and shall fix a date of the meeting subject to the orders of the Court.

The statement is accepted.
