This is an application for condonation of delay which is caused in preferring the appeal. 3.

As per the contention of the appellant that the appellant has to obtain the necessary approval from the higher officials before filing the appeal, and therefore, the delay is caused in preferring the appeal.

Said application is strongly opposed by the learned Counsel for the respondents on the ground that the delay is not properly explained.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay of 58 days is condoned. 6.
