Order sheet produced on record reveals that the matter in Application No.43/2016, under Section 41A of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, is for passing orders from 26.12.2016. There have been 14 dates thereafter till 08.06.2017 and still the matter has not been decided.

Petitioners inform that the matter is now coming up on 06.09.2017.

Learned A.G.P. is seeking time to obtain instructions.

Learned counsel for petitioners makes a statement that the Authority who has heard the case on 22.10.2016, is still holding the post. We therefore, direct that Authority to decide the application within four weeks from the date of communication of this order to it. 6.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
