By this application, it is prayed that the son of the deceased be added as a claimant in the proceedings. It is submitted that when the original proceedings were filed, the son was a minor and he was not impleaded. The application is opposed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the appellants on the ground that such request was not made initially.

Considering averments made in the civil application, the same is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause (i). Cause title be amended suitably.

Civil application stands disposed of.
