The conviction of the appellant is under Section 354-D(1) readwith Section 354-D(2) of Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and the sentence is six months of simple imprisonment.

In view of the short duration of the sentence, the substantive sentence is suspended till the disposal of the appeal
